The XBL hot air generators are units, fueled by gas or diesel fuel, for heating the air in direct exchange and suitable for various environments.
Connected to the air ducts of the XBL heaters are directly integrated to the system aeraulic (typical case of centralized / autonomous systems where you plan ducting hot air), or with individual and complete solutions in direct launch of 'hot air where XBL generators, fitted with an air distribution plenum, allowing the air heating and the direct release into the environment without any further intervention plant.
The environment / outside air drawn in by the fan assembly through the grille or the shooting channel is, if any, properly filtered in the filter section (optional) on the assembly and forced combustion chamber-fume exchanger where it is heated to the exchange effect heat with the combustion products. The hot air thus produced is directly distributed in the environment to be heated through the distribution plenum or appropriately channeled and distributed in the various environments.
An electrical control and management framework supervises all the functions performed by the generator. Safe operation is ensured by manual reset thermostats approved and properly calibrated.
- No need of dedicated room/building
The hot air generators can be installed inside the rooms with simple installation, so you do not need special technical areas such as the expensive thermal power plants.
- External Installation
The XBL generators can be installed outside buildings, even on the roof, and integrated with the aeraulic system designed to warm air distribution. Outdoor installation also avoids the use of internal space.
- Direct thermal exchange
The heating of the air is achieved through the direct heat exchange with the products of the combustion process carried out in a totally sealed circuit with respect to the environment. The direct exchange then takes place without the use of intermediate fluid (eg. Water) and therefore does not require a typical hydraulic circuit of conventional plants avoiding thermal losses and any risks from the freezing of the water during the winter seasons.
- Instant heat - Minimum fuel consumption
The rated thermal power provided by the generators is immediate, and thanks to the lack of thermal inertia (no plumbing) and forced hot air diffusion in the environments in just a few minutes to reach the condition of desired environmental comfort. This all contributes to achieving a high overall efficiency of the heating system seasonal resulting in reduced fuel consumption.
- Reduced maintenance costs
The small number of components that constitute the hot air generator and the high quality of the materials used contribute to minimize the intervention of seasonal servicing, resulting in negligible maintenance costs.
- Easy installation
The installation operations are limited to supply gas connections, electric power, the chimney and in the case of applications with ducts to the generator connection to the aeraulic system.
- High airflow performance
The XBL of heaters are equipped with high aeraulic performance centrifugal fans that can reach prevalences (Pressures) voted static up to 1000 Pa (on request).
